The company is perfectly situated to serve Ag and Industrial companies in the South Chico area and gateway to Butte County farm lands. Derco's original store continues to operate at 2920 Colusa Highway Suite A, in Yuba City. The lease was handled by Mike Donnelly of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
