The development has been known as The Chico Fountains, and ambitious design project intended to attract the best of grocery anchored retail and hotel anchored commercial businesses. The site consists of approximately 9.93 acres bordered by HW 99, Leora Ct. and Esplanade, just north of Shasta Elementary School and DeGarmo Park.

The property was sold by Mike Donnelly and Brian Littrell of Coldwell Banker Commercial C&C Properties and was purchased by an undisclosed buyer.
