Mike Donnelly

As a Broker with more than fifteen years of Economic Development and Commercial Real Estate experience, Donnelly specializes in helping companies grow, expand and relocate to the area, and works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors to help them achieve their goals.

Donnelly is a member of Chico Rotary and currently serves on the California Open Lands Trust Board of Directors and has served as the President/CEO of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation and has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Chico Economic Planning Corporation and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation. Donnelly is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Property Management Certificate from the California Association of Realtors (CAR).  He has also been honored as a top producer with the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction.
